MY HOT MILO:4 tsp. MILO3 tsp. milk powder1 pkt. stevia (or sugar/sweetener of your choice) -
optional150ml hot water~ stir well and enjoy!!!
(with wholemeal bread if I am too lazy to go out for lunch!)
