Yummmyyyy........!!!

Aina was munching on her biter biscuits while waiting for our food to arrive.
We were all there to celebrate Tok Ayah's birthday :-)

The Tram Restaurant is located near the Toyota Showroom in PJ. It's located in the same building you find White Coffee Kopitiam, Starbucks, etc....

As usual, Aina had fun trying out different foods, ehehehehe...

We're leaving for a short break this Friday, and will be back Sunday, insyaAllah.
Hope I'll be able to take LOADS of pics of Aina on this trip.... :-D :-D :-D



These was our dinner on Monday.... Prawn Sambal and Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts.

Since I've not added any recipes recently, here's one....

Stir-Fried Pea Sprouts
1 pkt pea sprouts
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 Tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp. ground white pepper
a tiny bit of sesame oil
water, to taste
salt and sugar, to taste

In a wok, heat some oil and fry the minced garlic. Before garlic turns brown, add in the sprouts together with the sauce, pepper, sesame oil and a bit of water. Check seasoning and adjust accordingly. Serve hot.

Hubby will be back soon, and this means my 'thundering' kitchen sessions should be starting up again soon as well, ehehehhehehe...

Hope will be able to update more recipes and prettier food pics then. With him away, and the food that I cook is so simple, I just don't have the mood to take proper pics (i.e. with my 'proper' camera) LOL LOL LOL
